Grupo Sevilla Control (GSC) is a global Aerospace Tier 2 for Machined parts & Assembly through its 35 CNC and auxiliary machinery. GSC focuses its productive activity on the manufacture of integral solutions for structures and AOG, mainly in metallic materials. All of this in a full range of aerospace material, being focused on but not limited on Medium bench size(100-400mm) and Titanium ,Aluminium and Steel as main materials.
The main production plant (11.000 m2) is located in Seville (Spain) and other factory in Warsaw (Poland, 3.000 m2).
GSC also integrates additional capacities connected with its main activities as:
- Purchase, cutting, dispatch and storages of raw material.
- Heat treatments of metal parts.
- Surface treatments: Picking, Passivation, Anodizing, Dry.
- lubricant, Cadmium.
- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Penetrant and magnetic.
- particle inspection, hardness.
- Destructive Testing (DT): Tensile test.
- Final assembly:Painting, Sealants , Adhesives and Liquid supplements.
- Sheet metal manufacturing.
- Additive metal manufacturing.

- Services and AOG: It is offered a fast response service for AOGs orders and critical customer replacements. We have a wide range of technological diversity regarding the manufacture of metallic materials, including rapid prototyping and industrialization services.
