Founded in 1957, Reno Machine specializes in large part precision manufacturing, as well as durable tooling and complex molds for todays composite part and structure fabfication. We also provide subcontract design services and short term technical staffing (designers and engineers) needed to meet project goals, through our DECO (Design Company)division. Using our contract designers and engineers offers our customers a cost effective solution to meeting specific needs of their projects.
Our facility is located in central Connecticut, totaling 80,000 square feet with easy access to all major highways.
Our capaciy to handle large-scale components, together with our long standing reputation for excellence has enabled us to meet the needs of our many OEM and first tier suppliers. We specialize mainly in the Aerospace, Military and Defence industries but also provide critical support services to the industrial and commercial fields as well. our facilities include (2) Henri Line' 5 axis gantry mills with capacity up to 410" X 93" X 84" with spindle speeds up to 24,000 rpm's and (2) Breton /Eagle 1500/2T 5- axis gantry mills with capacity up to 157" X 118" X 59" with spindle speeds of 28,000 rpm's. our turning capcity includes muliple VTL's up to 144" swing X 65" Z. as well as horizontal boring mills with travels of up to 144" X 84" X 24", as well as many other pieces of support equipment.
Other service we can supply are dead load testing, assembly, mig and tig welding,
