BEAMIT Group, based in Fornovo di Taro (PR), has been operating for 24 years in the field of Additive Manufacturing with metal powders (AM). Today it has 48 dedicated Additive Manufacturing systems, the largest 3D printing hub in Europe, proving to be one of the most significant companies in the AM sector worldwide. In 2019, Sandvik Group, global leader in hi-tech engineering and metal powder with the widest range of alloys for additive manufacturing as well as remarkable expertise in AM printing technologies for advanced metal components, acquired a significant stake in BEAMIT.
Early-2020 BEAMIT acquired a significant stake in PRES-X, an innovative start-up in the field of 3D post-printing special processes, and in August 2020 acquired 100% of ZARE, thus joining forces of the two major service bureaus in Europe, and creating the largest player in global Additive Manufacturing to serve the most demanding industries.
Today BEAMIT Group has a turnover of 17 Mio. Euro, with over 100 employees.
