We started as a programming company for machine shops in 2008. Since then, we have expanded our programming, design and engineering capabilities to be a full manufacturing company consisting of aerospace machined, sheet metal and assembly products. From order inception to engineering, manufacturing and delivery, we are dedicated in providing the highest quality products and service.

Capabilities:

CNC -  3, 4 & 5 Axis manufacturing for aluminum (block, sheet & extrusion), hard metals (steel, titanium, Inconel & beryllium copper) in sheets and blocks up to 170”

Lathe & Turning - Complete turning of parts up to 8” in diameter. Assembly: Structural and precision (nut plates, bearings, bushings etc.)

Sheet Metal - 

• Full bending and forming of sheet metal and extrusion, hot and cold forming of titanium and steel
• Inconel and aluminum hot forming with envelope of 48” x 48” x 36”
• Hot forming titanium, steel and hard metals with envelope of 24” x 24” x 29”
• Cold and hot joggling of extrusions, T, L, U on all aluminum, titanium and steel.
• Bending, forming, swaging and beading of tubes up to 3” in diameter for aluminum, steel and copper.
• Roll forming all material, 48” wide and no limit on length
