L.G. TECHNOLOGY AEROSPACE is Specialized in Precision Mechanical Manufacturing and achieved a primary position as Supplier for Leader Clients in the following Sectors: Aerospace Aeronautics Automotive Racing Motor Sport F1 Defence Hydraulic.

Our production department allows us to fully satisfy the requests of our customers, providing a wide range of services, ranging from prototyping in small series to the industrialization of the required product. We are specialized in the production of Complex Parts obtained from Solid or Casting with the use of the following materials: Inconel / Titanium / Avional / Magnesium / Cobalt / Special steels / Aluminium alloys / Bronze and Copper alloys.

The monitoring and management of production are guaranteed by an efficient management software, which allows to check in real time which phase the product is in and the time necessary to end the work cycle, as well as to have constant monitoring on the progress of orders.

The department is made up of 3/4/5 Axis and Lathes with Y axis and motorized machining centres, able to work with medium and medium / high workloads. All productions are managed and monitored by highly qualified technical staff and specialized production staff.

The Quality Control Department is the company's "highlight", it guarantees the quality of the processed products supplied to the Final Customer. L.G. Technology has a modern temperature controlled metrology room, equipped with high precision machinery.
